Kids Shows
Our shows for the younger ones have silly jokes, hilarious magic, comedy skits, zany puppets, play along and singalong songs, and a barrel full of interaction – and we mean a big barrel full of interaction. The children will get a lot of opportunities to come up and become stars of the show. One will even become a penguin that will then get put into a bubble.
At the end of the 60 minute show, all the kids, and even the adults if they wish, will get the chance to be ‘bubbled’ themselves. Which is a wonderful photo opportunity and a great keepsake memory for everyone and a sublime way to cap off a most excellent show.
To be clear, we are not booking our acts to perform birthday parties inside people's houses. These shows are for venues (sports clubs, pubs, churches, etc) – you can book our acts for a birthday show – but our performers are professional acts and so the shows will need to be at a venue (rather than somebody's home). Our performers are not birthday clowns/magicians – our performers are top working professionals. They all have a decade or more of experience working on stage and TV for children. 1. Extra Charges
These are the things that will be added on top of the show cost.
Equipment £50
Our Kids Shows are fully professional shows, with professional performers. As already mentioned, these are NOT children’s entertainers who play people’s houses. But experienced performers preforming in actual shows, so they will need to be fully miked up. Many venues have their own lighting and sound. If not, we can bring everything with us. If your venue has a mic stand, a sound system that can take two XLR mic inputs and a 3.5mm jack or RCA jacks, then the act can bring along a handheld and wireless mic, and music player free of any extra charge. Please make sure your system is compatible before the day of the show. If you would rather, we bring everything [for the extra £50 charge] our equipment includes multiple lights for the performers, and crucially disco lights with lasers - which are great for the pre-show music. We also have state-of-the-art headsets and handheld wireless mics, amp, speakers, all the wires and extensions, plus safety tape and cable protectors. Note we bring all the props, costumes, the bubble machine, etc… that are used in the show – and as they are part of the show you are booking, there is obviously no extra charge.
Congestion Charge £15
If your venue is inside the Congestion Charge, and you need us to bring the sound and lighting, we would add the cost of this onto each show you book.
Petrol
If your venue is within 20 miles of E14 5AA (Canary Wharf, London) there is no charge. Anything further is charged at £1 per each mile. Below is a map of the 20-mile ‘free’ radius.

How to Book
Just select the option above to book a show, and pay the deposit - then we will contact you to arrange the date and time for your show. You then need to pay the balance before the show starts.
The Discount
The pricing is for new customers only, and covers these days of the week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The pricing is for all months of the year except December. If you want December or Friday/Saturday dates please contact us.
The Shows
The shows are 60 minutes long. There is no interval. The last part of the show is having the children come up to get put into a bubble. This can often be rather popular, so it’s not unusual for the show to overrun. We announce the end of the show, thank the audience, get a round of applause for the many children who got up to be part of the show – before offering to ‘bubble’ everyone. That way, if audience members can’t stay longer than an hour, and we do overrun with a long queue to get bubbled, the kids leaving don’t feel like they missed the end of the show.
What Age Group?
The humour in the show works for the whole family. We suggest the best age group is Primary School Age. From the youngest to the oldest age groups in Primary School (4-12). If you have a particular age group in mind, younger or older – let us know at the time of booking, as our acts can tailor the show to suit a particular age group. Let us know when you book, as it’s too late for the act to bring props and business with them once they arrive on the day.
Adult Supervision
We don’t expect the children to be left with the show (to babysit them) and all the adults to run off to the bar. Though we can understand the urge for a break from the little angels. If there is no adult/parent supervision (of the children) during the show, you will need to let us know before the booking, so we can decide whether to take the booking.

Why No Act Names?
We have listed a few credits and bits of info about two of the acts we book for these shows. If you book a show, you will almost certainly get one of the acts listed below. All our acts are of a similar level of experience. All our Kid Show Performers have their Full Enhanced DBS. The acts will have their DBS and PLI certificates for you to check with them on the day. Our Acts
These are two of our Kids Show Performers. With a few credits for each.
We have a performer who has over two decades of experience working as a headline stand-up comedian. In 2023, he toured as the lead part in two Comedy Musicals for Children. He has been in various Kids TV Shows, including one from Ch5’s Milkshake! which he wrote and appeared in that was nominated for a BAFTA (the Best New Children’s Entertainment Show BAFTA). He was in 7 episodes of a Sky One Kids show starring opposite David Walliams. Other Children’s TV shows he’s appeared in include: Bird Bath with Richard Briers, CH4’s Gamesworld, ITVs The Geeks, and the lead part in one episode of a Ch5 Kids Show in which (bizarrely) his name is listed under the words ‘Special Guest Star’… Yes, he’s not sure why or how that happened?
We have another performer who is currently voicing one of the lead parts in a successful CBeebies show. She worked on Children’s shows from as long ago as Grange Hill. She is an excellent puppeteer and voice-over artist, having worked extensively with the Jim Henson Company (the Muppets). Much of her television and theatre career has been in the children's entertainment sector. A small selection of the companies she has worked for include CBEEBIES, CBBC, BBC STUDIOS KIDS & FAMILY, CiTV, AUDIBLE, LEGO, DISNEY, THE JIM HENSON COMPANY and CHANNEL 4.
